This letter was sent to Mr. Rand , Executive Director of AARP
THIS LADY NOT ONLY HAS A GRASP OF ‘THE SITUATION’ BUT AN
INCREDIBLE COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE!
Dear Mr. Rand,
Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed
membership in AARP by the requested date. This isn't what you were
looking for, but it's is the most honest response I can give you. Our
coverage gap is a microscopic symptom of the real problem, a deepening
lack of faith. While we have proudly maintained our membership for
years and long admired the AARP goals and principles, regrettably, we can
no longer endorse its abdication of our values. Your letter stated
that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights, yet the voice we
hear is not ours.
Your offer of being kept up to date on important issues through DIVIDED
WE FAIL presents neither an impartial view nor the one we have come
to embrace. We do believe that when two parties agree all the time
on everything presented to them, one is probably not necessary.
But, when the opinions and long term goals are diametrically opposed,
the divorce is imminent. This is the philosophy which spawned our
200 years of government.
Once upon a time, we looked forward to being part of the senior
demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give
our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP
once gave us a sense of belonging which we no longer enjoy.
The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama Regime and
empowered by AARP serves only to raise the blood pressure my
medical insurance strives to contain. Clearly a conflict of interest
there! We do not understand the AARP posture, feel greatly betrayed
by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years
and leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that
disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to
the problem anymore by renewing our membership. There are
numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening
our way of life or offending our sensibilities and values.
This Obama Regime scares the living daylights out of us. Not just
for ourselves, but for our proud and bloodstained heritage. But more
importantly for our children and grandchildren. Washington has
rendered Soylent Green a prophetic cautionary tale rather than a
nonfiction scare tactic. I have never endorsed any militant or
radical groups, yet now I find myself listening to them. I don't have to
agree with them to appreciate the fear which birthed their
existence. Their borderline insanity presents little more than a balance
to the voice of the Socialist Mindset in power. Perhaps I became American
by a great stroke of luck in some cosmic uterine lottery, but in my
adulthood I CHOOSE to embrace it and nurture the freedoms it represents
as well as the responsibilities.
Your website generously offers us the opportunity to receive all
communication in Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING??? The illegal
perpetrators have broken into our 'house', invaded our home without
invitation or consent. The President insists we keep these
illegal perpetrators in comfort and learn the perpetrator's
language so we can communicate our reluctant welcome to them.
I DON'T choose to welcome them, to support them, to educate them,
to medicate them, or to pay for their food or clothing. American home
invaders get arrested. Please explain to me why foreign lawbreakers
can enjoy privileges on American soil that Americans do not
get? Why do some immigrants have to play the game to be
welcomed and others only have to break and enter to be welcomed?
We travel for a living. Walt hauls horses all over this great
country, averaging over 10,000 miles a month when he is out there.
He meets more people than a politician on caffeine overdose. Of all
the many good folks he enjoyed on this last 10,000 miles, this trip
yielded only ONE supporter of the current Regime. One of us is out
of touch with mainstream America . Since our poll is
conducted without funding, I have more faith in it than ones that are
driven by a need to yield AMNESTY (aka-make voters out of the foreign
lawbreakers so they can vote to continue the government's free handouts).
This addition of 10 to 20 million voters who then will vote to
continue Socialism will OVERWHELM our votes to control the
government's free handouts. It is a "slippery slope" we must
not embark on!
As Margret Thatcher (former Prime Minister of Great Britain ) once said
"Socialism is GREAT - UNTIL you run out of other people's
money".
We have decided to forward this to everyone on our mailing
list, and will encourage them to do the same. With several hundred in my
address book, I have every faith that the eventual exponential factor will make a credible statement
to you. I am disappointed as all getout! I am more scared than
I have ever been in my entire life! I am ANGRY! I am MAD as hell,
and I'm NOT gonna take it anymore!

WHO IS LOU PRITCHETT?
Lou Pritchett is one of corporate America’s true living legends
--- a former P & G executive, an acclaimed author, a dynamic teacher, and
one of the world's most highly rated speakers. It was he who changed the way

In June 1944, my only brother, Joe, was killed in action on Utah Beach in Normandy, France during the D-Day landings. Exactly one year later, my father died and left me, my mother, and my sister to go it alone - - and alone we went. My mother went to work at a department store, my sister dropped out of school and joined her, and I went to work shining shoes on the streets of Memphis for a dime a shine. Government assistance was not available, and if it were, I am confident my mother would have refused it, because she never wanted the government involved in our lives.
I mention this bit of personal history to help you understand that millions of Americans, including your parents and grandparents, grew up like me during the Great Depression and never expected nor wanted the government to offer them anything other than an opportunity - - and now to see what Obama is trying to do to our country tends to make you crazy.
As some of you know, my “Scare Me" letter went viral with millions of hits on the internet during the past 3 years. I have now written a follow-up letter, which I will now share with you.
To the editors:
"In April 2009, I sent President Obama and the New York Times a letter titled "You Scare Me" because, as a candidate, he promised to "fundamentally transform America." Now, after observing his performance for over three years, he no longer scares me - - he terrifies me for the following reasons:
FIRST: He has done more to damage America 's standing in the world, to lower the standard of living in America, to impoverish future generations, and to shake our faith in the country's future than any other American president in history.
SECOND: With a compliant Democrat congress, a lapdog media, and a weak, almost nonexistent Republican opposition, he has shattered the American dream of job security, home ownership, and rugged individualism for millions of Americans and has poisoned and divided our civil society with his politics of envy, class warfare, race warfare, and religious warfare - - which he is using as fundamental building blocks for his 'socialist' agenda.
THIRD: Culturally, he remains totally out of touch with traditional American
values. This has absolutely nothing to do with race or where he was born, rather it has everything to do with where, how and with whom he was raised, schooled, educated, trained, and associates with - - still today.
FOURTH: He has surrounded himself with naive academicians, lawyers, politicians, bureaucrats, and socialist leaning czars who arrogantly think and behave exactly as he does. People who offer no balanced suggestions, or devil’s advocate positions, and think in lock step with him that big government is the answer to all our problems.
FIFTH: He not only encourages, but aids and abets the unionization of all American industry, the albatross around the neck of the free market. In turn, they provide the money and muscle to intimidate his opponents.
SIXTH: He has increased the national debt by over 30% in just three years. If re-elected, and this rate of increase continues, America will be burdened with an unsustainable 20 trillion dollar debt which will result in the country's financial death. Recovery will be impossible - -America will be the Greece of 2016.
SEVENTH: Given his fanatical beholding to the 'environmental' and 'man-caused global warming' fringe, he has deliberately discouraged U.S. fossil fuel exploration and production, while wasting billions of tax payer dollars on solar, wind, and algae experiments. He refuses to accept that oil, gas, and coal are not America’s enemies, they are America’s assets - - which, properly managed, could make us energy independent within a generation.
EIGHTH: He views the U.S. as a power in retreat which abused its World dominance. Therefore, he systematically apologizes round the world. This past March, he whispered to Russian President Medvedev - - "This is my last election. After my election, I will have more flexibility". Just what is the secret that Obama and Putin are concealing from the American people until after the election? With what other leaders has he made similar secret agreements?
NINTH: And finally, after all his miss-steps, bad decision-making, poor management, and zero leadership, the fact that he has the audacity to seek
re-election should terrify every American.
I predict that if re-elected, future historians and political interpreters will look back at the eight-year period 2008-2016, and conclude "the 44th President of the U.S. allowed the takers to overpower the payers, which resulted in the greatest economy in history vanishing from the face of the Earth". Farewell America, the World will really miss you!!"

It is my hope and prayer that this letter will also go viral and serve as a 'wake up' call to Americans of all political leaning - - convincing them that never before in U.S. history has so much depended on Americans understanding that we are facing one of the greatest crises in U.S. history. Convincing them that this election will be won not by letters to the editor, political speeches, or radio and TV sound bites.
No!! It will be won by those with a conviction, with a belief, and with a willingness to pay the price in helping put the most enlightened voters in the polling booth on November 6.
Let me end on my favorite quote - - which I think is very appropriate for each of us today:
"TO EVERY MAN, THERE COMES IN HIS LIFETIME, THAT SPECIAL MOMENT, WHEN HE IS PHYSICALLY TAPPED ON THE SHOULDER AND OFFERED THE CHANCE TO DO A VERY SPECIAL THING, UNIQUE TO HIM AND FITTED TO HIS TALENT; WHAT A TRAGEDY IF THAT MOMENT FINDS HIM UNPREPARED OR UNQUALIFIED FOR THE WORK WHICH WOULD BE HIS FINEST HOUR."

THREE TIME LOSER
Only 3 Times... Only 3
In all the years since D-Day, there are three
occasions when the President failed to go to the D-Day Monument that honors the
soldiers killed during the Invasion.
Those occasions were:
1. Barack Obama 2010
2. Barack Obama 2011
3. Barack Obama 2012
For the past 68 years, all US
Presidents, except Obama, have paid tribute to the fallen soldiers killed on
D-Day. This year, instead of honoring the soldiers, he made a campaign
trip on Air Force 1 to California to raise funds for the upcoming election.

GO WEST, YOUNG MAN
What do you all think about this concept?
It’s going to be an ugly campaign. We all know it and we’re ready for it, but it’s going to be the ugliest, nastiest and dirtiest campaign in history.
Why NOT take the early lead? If Romney takes this advice, it will send a clear message to the Republican establishment that conservatives aren’t going to do business as usual any more. It would shake the establishment and pull together conservative voters.
He would pull
together the conservative vote.
Here is a little something else this would do… It would shake the Obama campaign to its core. As soon as the 1,144 delegates are in hand, WHOEVER garners them either at the convention or before… put this into motion.
Rather than a leisurely march toward a VP nominee or a surprise VP announcement like we got in 2008, vet the possible VPs NOW and stand ready to announce the running mate in a nationally televised press conference the day after the delegates are in hand.
Make the VP choice Allen West.
Having Congressman West in the VP slot makes him a TRIPLE THREAT and a VP who WILL redefine the role. Triple threat? As the Vice President he would attend to the regular duties and be a heartbeat away from the presidency. As Vice President, West would also act as a second Secretary of State in difficult diplomatic negotiations. AND… A Vice President West would work in concert with the Secretary of Defense to realign our military and redefine its role.
Triple threat!
Oh, but this is just the START of the strategy! As soon as the Presidential nominee has introduced West as the running mate… THE NOMINEE WOULD THEN INTRODUCE HIS SECRETARY OF STATE NOMINEE… John Bolton.
As a former Ambassador to the United Nations there is nobody with a better handle on the world’s issues or more familiar with the players. John Bolton is tough, straight forward and not likely to appease ANYONE. Now, you have the nominee on stage, the VP choice and the Secretary of State nominee… Let’s not stop there.
Next to walk onto the stage… Sarah Palin… Nominee for Secretary of Energy. Palin’s directive… Set us on the path toward energy independence in 10 years. Can you think of a better choice? Anyone more invested in that goal? Anyone who is more knowledgeable or adept? I don’t. Can you feel the ground starting to shake?
Next out of the wings and onto the stage… The nominee for Secretary of Defense. Enter… General David Petreaus.
As great as he was fighting a Politically Correct (PC) war, imagine what he’ll be like once he and West have pressed the reset button on our rules of engagement. In Petraeus we will have a Secretary of Defense whose mission will be to win. PERIOD!
Oh… I’m not done yet. Next up… The nominee for Attorney General… Pam Bondi. Bondi, Attorney General of Florida, is a no nonsense fighter who has taken on the current administration over Obamacare and WILL clean out the corruption rampant in that office today. Okay, where are we? Who is now standing on the stage? The Presidential nominee and Allen West… John Bolton… Sarah Palin…General Petreaus and Pam Bondi.
How about a Secretary of the Treasury? We would need someone who has worked for YEARS in the tax field who understands the overwhelming burden of tax codes and who has, for years fought to restructure those codes. Welcome Michele Bachmann to the stage… The nominee for Secretary of the Treasury.
By now, fissures should be opening in the ground, rumbling coming from the sky and the faint odor of brimstone should be in the air.
We will need someone new with new ideas to head up the Fed. Please welcome Ron Paul. Yes, I realize this, under Paul, will be a temporary position; but somehow, I doubt Ron Paul wants to make a career of running the Fed.
Secretary of the Interior? Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana … COME ON DOWN!
And finally… We need someone to head up the Department of Homeland Security. We must have someone who understands the issues we face. Someone who has worked in federal law enforcement. Someone who won’t take any crap from anybody. Please… a round of applause for… Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Maricopa County , AZ.
Were the GOP nominee to do this… call a press conference and make such an announcement… it would be unprecedented. Never before has a presidential nominee entered the full-on campaign with a fully assembled team.
Can you IMAGINE the shock-and-awe wave that would be sent through the Obama campaign were the GOP nominee to do this?
Think about it!
