The good news is that
former decorated Marine and Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran, Brandon Raub, who was detained, arrested, and institutionalized by the FBI without charges because of his anti-government Facebook postings has been released. There are not many good judges left like this one!
The bad news is this sort of thing is wide spread and most just 'disappear' into the system without representation.
